The offer includes:

To arrange a transfer:

• After choosing a rate, add the service.
• Please provide the following information to the email address conciergevvo@lotte.net

1. Flight number (with airline prefix, for example: SU (1234)
2. Scheduled arrival date and time Full name of the guest(s) in whose name the hotel room is booked
3. Contact phone number for communication on the day of arrival
4. Special requests (child safety seat, amount of luggage, necessity, etc.

Please make sure that the specified phone number is active. In case of flight delays or changes in plans, our driver will be able to contact you.
